How fast do you reply?

Can we sign an NDA before sharing details?
Yes. Tell us in the brief, the call booking or the RFP form and we send our mutual NDA template, or review yours, before you share confidential documents. You can also describe the project in general terms first.
Is there a minimum project size?
No fixed minimum. The brief asks for a rough budget range so we can suggest the right starting point: a short audit, a fixed-scope AI Opportunity Scan or prototype sprint, or a full project team. If we are not the right fit, we say so and point you elsewhere.
Do you work with companies outside Romania?
Yes. Our teams are in Romania and work in English with clients and group headquarters across Europe. Calls run on Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, and we can meet in person in Bucharest or Iasi.
